Highline Automotive is looking for a BDC manager for our Langhorne dealership.
Our BDC will manage our CRM with incoming leads from multiple resources, setting appointments and distributing them to sales.

Compensation: 65k-85k. Earn Base salary plus commission. High earning potential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads generated from the dealership website and advertisements
• Setting sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls)
• Confirm appointments with customers to maximize show ratio
• Review notes with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants relevant to customer
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
• Great attitude with a charismatic personality

Work Schedule: We're flexible with scheduling. Work 5 days between Monday to Saturday. Enjoy one weekday off in addition to Sundays.

Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.

Multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
