Full description of the position

K&S Staffing Solutions, the upcoming leader in Industrial Staffing in Reno Nevada is seeking a Marketing Representative in Northern Nevada and surrounding areas to join our team.
A successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by marketing, managing, and negotiating with current and new clients, generating leads, attending marketing events/groups, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of the client’s services.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Marketing/Networking & Maintaining colleague relationships
  • Tour client facilities to obtain a good understanding of policy & procedures used in the hiring process.
  • Evaluate client needs to build productive long lasting relationships.
  • Close leads using various customer sales methods
  • Forecast sales and develop ou tof thebox sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Meet personal and area sales targets.
  • Research new clients and initiate new business and follow up with all sales leads.
  • Maintain and expand client database via marketing groups and customer follow up.
  • Report weekly to Regional Manager & President via spreadsheet.
  • Must be a team player
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must!!

Basic Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
  • Proven Marketing Experience
  • Knowledge of Industrial Fields
  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Possess a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivation

Professional communication skills are other key traits for this position-The ability to work with people across all levels of an organization (gatekeepers to executive decision makers)
