Location: New England Recovery Center Detox - Westborough, MA
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00pm-11:30pm
Pay rate: $19.50-$20.50/hour and $1.00 shift differential

The Lead Admissions Liaison is responsible for:

• Ensuring proper procedures are adhered to so that all intake appointments are appropriately booked and authorized while providing initial insurance verification prior to the client visit.
• Providing some daily oversight of the Admissions department under the direction of the Admissions Manager at the New England Recovery Center.
• Working closely with the marketing, alumni, and clinical department to ensure continuous feedback on call quality, outbound referrals, and discharging clients.
• Working with the appropriate clinical, nursing, and medical staff to ensure all admissions meet clinical and ASAM Patient Placement Criteria for admission.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, HS Diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred
• Experience in a sales or marketing role preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
