What you’ll be doing:
- Tactical aspects include system maintenance, reporting and interfacing directly with the field sales team regarding all Prospect Desk performance metrics and process enhancements.
- Ability to solve business problems by conducting analysis, reporting key findings, and making recommendations for solutions
- Conduct analytics to proactively monitor Prospect and Lead quality and drive action based on findings
- Participate in strategic discussions to influence senior management on business decisions surrounding enhancements
- Internal customer interactions – will interact on a regular basis with the Staples Business Advantage Sales Ops, Sales, Finance Commissions and Strategy teams.
- Will be responsible for communicating with senior level sales customers (RSDs, RVPs, VPs) regarding Prospect Desk processes and deployments.
- Provide a support service and interface directly with the Business Development sales leaders.
- Gain an understanding of the strategic mandates of the business and be able to interpret the results of their analysis considering that overall business strategy.
- Following the senior leadership approvals, this analyst is also responsible for driving their recommendations into realized gains through business adoption.
What you bring to the table:
- Ability to manage multiple projects (requests) at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to adapt to new business environments as the business need changes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years’ experience in sales enablement and support, data analytics, supporting technology solutions and/or sales operations
- Previous experience in driving cross-functional projects and/or business improvement initiatives
- Previous Excel knowledge with the capability to develop complex formulas to identify root causes or data patterns
