Our Corporate Director of Sales and Revenue oversees and maximizes sales and revenue generation across all properties within the Anant Portfolio. This position leads a team of sales professionals, collaborates with management, and implements strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve financial targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the property and hotel industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business success.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field. Master's degree, preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and revenue management within the property and hotel industry. Strong Marriott and IHG systems knowledge, preferred.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and sales CRM software.
• In-depth knowledge of the property and hotel industry, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
• Ability to travel to various properties and industry events through the Midwest, as needed.
