Automotive Sales Manager Patriot Subaru - Saco, Maine
Patriot Subaru in Saco, Maine has been the top selling Subaru new car sales volume dealership in all of New England three consecutive years, 2[please apply online]. Busy busy! As such, we need an additional outstanding, experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our ever-growing dealership.

As an experienced Sales Manager you understand the job. The respect and appreciation you show to our customers as well as fellow associates leads to a great experience for all. Know your associate's families, and let them know yours. The sales team combines associates who have grown with us over time, as well as some newer associates. You’ll use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist each one. Put your developed skills and instincts to work with the team and assist them in creating a great, low pressure atmosphere for the customer, put the right plan together, and close the deal. Before we touch on benefits, here are details we are looking for from you:
- Two+ years of automotive sales management experience in a competitive environment
- Two years of F&I experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
You will receive compensation in a variety of ways.
- Performance based pay projects out to a range of $125k-$175k per year
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by Patriot, and you can add dependents at discounted rates
