Position Overview:

• Account Executives are one of the most important roles to ensure profit-building, long term relationships with our clients in the local market.
• The Account Executives main responsibility is to foster relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• This position will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have skills, passion and experience in sales and customer service, and will be consumer-centric and result-oriented.
• This is labeled as an Entry Level position until the Account Executive has proven the ability to retain brand knowledge, prove team management is a strength and demonstrate initiative on a daily basis. Internal growth is guaranteed as our market share is rising daily within our prestigious clientele.

Job Description:

• Assist in finding prospects and leads, Identify new sales opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, while consistently follow and achieve department’s sales goals and quotas. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
• Be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

Skills/Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a retail Sales associate, sales representative or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent communication and Rapport building skills.
• Must read and write English, Basic Math skills, Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Basic Microsoft word and excel knowledge, Quickbook knowledge is a plus.
• Team oriented and self motivated, Great time management. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
