• Summary: Under the direction of the Service Team Manager, the Inside Salesperson will provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of HVAC units. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work
• Tracks outstanding proposals
• Follows up with customers on outstanding proposals
• Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system
• Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes
• Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals
• Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes
• Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• HVAC Dispatcher experience and Inside Sales experience
• Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail a priority

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
