Gunster seeks a Business Development Specialist in one of the firms south Florida offices to work closely with the firms Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Business Development to achieve the firms business development goals. Responsibilities include market research/analysis and working with attorneys to develop & support individual BD plans, cross-selling initiatives and coaching programs. The successful candidate will participate in practice group meetings to gather input on prospective and existing client targets and periodically report on initiatives and results. The BD Specialist will manage the firms RFP and proposal process, as well as track and measure ROI on BD initiatives.

Requirements include Bachelors degree with emphasis on marketing, business, or similar discipline; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and good judgement. Must be able to travel and work additional hours as needed.
