Full description of the position

Job Description
The Sales Security Specialist is responsible for overseeing, training, and managing a team of Sales Personnel in the areas of Hardware, Software, Installation, and Service. Their primary goal is to drive sales revenue and profitability growth in the market while developing a high-performing sales and service team. They are also responsible for generating revenue from assigned accounts and ensuring the successful execution of sales and service activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales revenue and profitability growth
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing sales and service team
  • Generate revenue from assigned accounts
  • Oversee project management, territory management, and contractor relations
  • Create and present proposals to potential clients
  • Ensure the performance of service and maintenance agreements
  • Provide training on CCTV, Entry Access, installation, programming, and customer training
  • Maintain and secure all necessary licenses and permits
  • Monitor and meet sales quotas assigned to the team and region
  • Generate leads through prospecting, marketing, and other methods
  • Conduct field proposals, demonstrations, and sales calls individually and with team members
  • Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge and pricing
  • Handle forecasting, CRM management, and reporting to superiors
  • Collaborate with management to support business development efforts

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in mathematical calculations, including pricing and lease calculations
  • Ability to work with sub-contractors and maintain relationships throughout projects
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and potential clients
  • Must be a legal U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic understanding of sales skills and relationship building
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
