Job Position Overview
EchoStor Technologies seeks a driven Business Development Representative to play an important role in the expansion of EchoStor’s growing IT business. As a Business Development Representative, you will work hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to develop leads and bring new logos into EchoStor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, or for new college graduates, a sales internship or full/part-time sales role (preferably in technology)
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Willingness to Travel locally
Responsibility
- BDR’s will use outreach, including outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn, and respond to contact forms to assess the qualification of a prospect’s needs to EchoStor solutions
- You get to have a direct impact on the success of the company by strategically helping to move qualified prospects through the sales funnel
- You will be the first touchpoint for our customers and will have to understand the customer needs and help them to see the value EchoStor brings their company
- Find interesting insights and data about our prospects and prove this value to them verbally and in writing
- As a part of the Demand Generation team, you will be in charge of creating the meetings that feed our sales organization
- Partner with Marketing to brainstorm and execute campaigns that show value and insights to our extensive registered user base
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
- Interact with Account Executives to create and target high-value accounts to break into
