Bloomberg Industry Group is in search of its next pioneer to join our innovative Help Desk team. Our Solutions Support Specialists provide dedicated and timely support to external and internal customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and renewal revenue. Working in a multi-tasking environment, our Solutions Support Specialists provide assistance via telephone and email while maintaining accurate and thorough records and documentation.

What You Will Do:

• Obtain and maintain knowledge of Bloomberg Industry Group's products, pricing, business requirements, policies, procedures, and systems, and the ability to apply that knowledge to determine appropriate response to client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service skills with a willingness to learn and reach assigned goals.
• Utilize interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and a variety of people at all levels inside and outside Bloomberg Industry Group.
• Deliver excellency in oral communication skills (including diction and grammar) and active listening skills, as necessary, to communicate and advise others on issues that are complex and/or sensitive in nature.
• Employ superior business writing skills including knowledge of professional vocabulary, punctuation, grammar, and spelling, as well as the ability to present information that requires origination, organization, exposition, judgment, and/or persuasion.
• Maintain exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Perform advanced research that involves interpretation and analysis from a variety of sources, including resources and/or data that need to be developed.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in a customer service or support role, preferably within the legal or finance industries.
• Experience working with products, pricing, business requirements, policies, procedures, and/or systems in a consultative customer support role.
• Sales experience within a renewals or subscription-based product environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, and database software effectively.

Please note - this is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in-office at our headquarters in Arlington, VA.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
