PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
CACI is pursuing the prime contract for the development and integration of a large Personnel systems integration effort to modernize a portfolio of applications. The program is a high visibility within CACI’s large portfolio of enterprise business systems and Human Capital management solution programs. The system provides end-to-end Human Resources (HR) functionality to all civilians across a large Federal Civilian enterprise made up of over 400,000 employees. The system provides a centralized resource for employees, managers, and HR Professionals to better manage civilian personnel information across the enterprise. This project involves systems transformation and integration from legacy systems to commercial software as a service (SaaS) cloud solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as the overall Organizational Change Management Lead for the Personnel and Pay Modernization (PPM) program. The Change Management Specialist is responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, and coordinating the change management activities for the program. This position oversees and leads all change management and communication aspects of the program and works closely with government stakeholders to support the implementation of the overall HCM solution that meets the organizations functional and business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the change management planning, development, communication, training, and execution across the program to support successful implementation
Works with the technical COTS configuration/development/implementation team to identify business process changes and impacts that need to be communicated with various stakeholder levels across the enterprise
Understands the organizations functions and how they inter-operate to support business processes and management information needs
Leads the delivery of the change management activities with the HCM and Payroll configured solutions
Ensures compliance with customer change management methods, communication channels, and requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant technical field
At least 5 years’ experience working with large scale business transformation programs
Experience working in performing change management activities including planning, communicating, and implementing change management tasks across a large implementation team.
Ability to facilitate and work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer interaction and solution ownership.
Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Ability to successfully pass a background investigation to gain access to government systems and facilities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with Large ERP transformation projects
Experience in Federal Civilian HR transformations
Experience with the organization and processes in the Veterans Administration
