Republic is seeking a full-time HVAC counter customer service representative for our newly opened Grimes/Des Moines location that is rapidly growing! Qualified candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, high energy, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, great follow up, strong computer skills, good problem solving, strong work ethic, positive attitude and previous HVAC sales or service.

Key Skills:

· HVAC Sales and/or Service Experience

· Experience with load calculations such as Manual J or experience with Wrightsoft a plus

· Knowledge of the HVAC market and its unique needs

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented and ability to get things done quickly

· Desire to learn, grow and advance in a rapidly growing company

· Team player willing to do whatever is needed to support the branch

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
