This is an exciting sales opportunity for you to utilize your sales talents with a growing company! We are looking for a passionate, creative, and intelligent individual to grow and maintain our current customer base in the northeast region. The sales region includes Michigan, Ohio and portions of Pennsylvania.
What We Offer:
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year which includes a base salary and commissions which are not capped.

What You’ll Be Doing…
- Identify and establish a personal rapport with past, current, and future customers so to understand their business needs.
- Record and maintain customer account and contact information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: HubSpot, or as company dictates.
- Qualify customers and sales opportunities.
- Develop, qualify, manage, and report all sales opportunities.
- Draft, edit and submit new equipment proposals to our customers.
- Purchase order processing, including securing information for engineering, accounting, manufacturing, and shipping needs.
- Coordinating with Marketing team to develop collateral.
- Data gathering and reporting.
- Negotiate all terms and conditions of sale.
- Complete administrative order booking processing tasks.
- Regularly follow up on outstanding proposals.
- Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of purchase order and sales contract terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s products, functions, features, and benefits.
- Participate with industry groups and attend conferences, trade shows, and other extracurricular events as required.
- Actively support and participate in all Sales Department initiatives, programs, and special projects as needed.
- Meet or exceed revenue and margin goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business, or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Candidate must possess solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a strong sales aptitude and be capable of presenting technical product solutions in a simplified manner.
- Must be able to deliver effective presentations and perform technical product demonstrations.
- Must be able to work in a multi-tasking environment and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with current versions of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, etc.).
- Must be proficient in the comprehension of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
