What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, processes, and ways of working.
  • Act as the internal liaison between the client and the agency's cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the account members on the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the agency's creative, design, and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform changes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively participate in new business pitches and proposals.
  • Monitor budget allocation and financial performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and a culture of excellence among the account management team.

What your experience looks like:

  • Proven track record of at least three years in a senior-level account management role preferably within an advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-profile client accounts, delivering client satisfaction.
  • Strong expertise in social media marketing, including a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, best practices, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience in overseeing and leading account management teams, providing effective leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Curiosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business challenges.
