Position: Licensed Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their individual needs and circumstances.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert guidance on policy features, terms, and coverage options.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations to meet changing insurance needs.

Requirements:

• Valid 2-15 / 2-40 License
• Proven experience as a licensed insurance agent, with a record of successful sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance-related software is a plus.
• Must be coachable and motivated to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
