Kitchen & Bath Sales / Designer

Any potential candidate must be:

-Dedicated to customer service

-Detail Oriented

-Able to work as part of a team

-Able to drive themselves to and from work and customer projects

-Driven towards selling kitchen and bath projects

-Able to use 20/20 kitchen design software

-Willing to call on customers in order to grow the business

Designers are expected to be in charge of their projects and clients from start to finish. This means that the ability to measure rooms and have reliable transportation is a must. The ability to create and maintain customer relationships is also imperative. Previous experience is desired but training will be available for the right candidate who shows an interest in joining our industry.

This position will report to both the business owner directly, along with our existing staff.

As compensation, you will receive a base salary, commissions and possibly bonuses when earned. The hours for this position would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Commission: up to $40,000 per year

Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
