Audi Shrewsbury- part of the McGovern Automotive Group- is hiring Internet Sales/Business Development Agents!

As an Internet Sales/Business Development Agent you will be responsible for answering Internet Leads, Inbound Phone Calls and providing appropriate support and follow-up to those customers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is results oriented and self-motivated to contribute to the growth of the dealerships business and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
- Work in close partnership with Sales staff to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
Requirements
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred but not necessary
- At least 1 year of Internet Sales or BDC experience in an automotive setting preferred but not necessary
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Confident, positive, and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
