The Role
We are headquartered in Seattle but this position is open to remote work.

Our dealer’s success is your success! You are a high-energy, motivated, and organized individual who seeks to understand our customer’s needs and solve their pain! You are a friction hunter when it comes to process. Your primary goal is to delight our dealers and solve problems in a creative, timely, and collaborative manner! You take a team wins-based approach to success. This role is remote-based.

What You’ll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you and your teammates. As a Client Success Manager, you lead onboarding, sales, and operations trainings for new dealers across multiple product lines. You support ongoing marketing efforts for dealer relationships and you measure your success by dealer satisfaction. You work closely with counterparts on the sales team and across the organization. Reporting and metrics are your obsession for managing fruitful dealer relationships. Ongoing relationship building and management is an area you are comfortable and excel in!

$63,750 - $86,250 a year
Up to 15% bonus, paid quarterly
Salary Band and Philosophy: We place candidates within the band based on professional experience, not negotiating skills, as part of our overall effort to avoid gender pay discrepancy.
If you're a high potential candidate that needs additional training and support, we're willing to bring you below the midpoint and invest in your success. If you're a candidate with particularly deep experience and expertise, we're willing to bring you in above the midpoint. Most candidates will come in at the midpoint, and all employees have the ability to move up in their band through annual merit increases (and move to the next band through promotions).
