Mulcare Pipeline Solutions Inc, est 1923, provides products, services and solutions for the Natural Gas Industry.

The Service Product Specialist works as a member of the Inside Sales team, covering Service work and related products in specific geographic territories within the Natural Gas industry. As a member of the regional team, the Service Product Specialist is tasked with ensuring customer’s quotes and orders are managed effectively from quote through to reconciliation and invoicing. In addition, they are tasked with providing technical customer information and providing additional administrative support to the team.

Primary Responsibilities*:

· Work closely within the regional team to ensure customer account success within the territory.

· Provide quotes and manage orders on specific key product lines related to service work opportunities.

· Communicate with customers by providing technical information and providing information on their quotes, orders, and invoices.

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of internal systems and processes, product knowledge and customer nuances to ensure transaction success and customer satisfaction.

· Work with service scheduling to successfully plan projects and update the customer, regional team and business system accordingly.

· At the completion of projects, ensure all required paperwork is reviewed and satisfactory for presentation to the customer.

· At the completion of projects, work on reconciling the project in our business system for invoicing and presentation to the customer.

· Follow-up with customers to ensure their quotes are still active, they are satisfied and continue the business growth relationship.

· Manage specific contracts with customers to ensure renewal and profitability.

· Ensure all documentation is electronically filed appropriately.

· Resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

Competencies/Requirements:

· Highly efficient with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to use both a PC and MAC.

· Experience using a CRM System. Current operation system is NetSuite.

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to manage projects on diverse timelines.

· Customer service focused.

· Strong interpersonal skills required- both verbal and written.

· Strong problem solving/analysis skills.

· Strong ability to multi-task.

· Sales experience not necessary but preferred.

· Project Management experience preferred.

· Experience in the natural gas market is not required.

Preferred Education and Experience

· High school diploma or GED diploma.

· Experience using a CRM System. Current operation system is NetSuite.

· Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
