ReBath is looking to hire an Appointment Setter for our 9 AM to 5 PM and 12 PM to 8 PM positions with rotating weekends. As an Appointment Setter, you will be accountable for making calls to clients who have requested appointments for our services. This position primarily sets and confirms appointments with new and existing clients. Due to our fast growth, we are looking to add to our team.

Re-Bath is the exclusive bathroom remodeler for the two largest home improvement retailers in the USA. We have a presence in over 140 stores throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Requirements of Appointment Setter:

· Strong customer service experience

· Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

· Competent computer and internet navigation skills

· Proficient typing and data entry skills

· Able to pass a background and drug test

· Self-starter with a positive customer-oriented attitude

· Availability Monday through Friday weekdays from 9 AM - 8 PM and rotating Saturday's.

Responsibilities of Appointment Setter

· Provide a positive client experience

· Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis

· Follow all scripts, policies and procedures provided by ReBath

· Make outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments

· Office position, located in Monroeville, PA.

· This is a full-time position
