Medical Benefits specialist with auditing experience is essential to the role. Responsible for managing clients employee adds, terms, and changes and auditing their benefit invoices with payroll information.

Daily responsibilites:

Professionally manage the day to day activity for corporate benefit accounts in excess of 100 employees.

Excel v-look up and auditing of invoices

Data management of employee adds, changes and terms

Open enrollment files and communication

Communication with Carriers

Thorough knowledge of benefits and ability to articulate them to client. Understanding benefit packages for clients. Medical and Voluntary Benefits Open Enrollment with clients: clear communications, documents, and processing in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate and current client information in data management systems

SKILLS:

Professional communication skills, both oral and written

Advanced Excel, power point, and general CRM and technology know how

Data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
