Supervisor: District Service Manager & Route Manager

Job Summary: Ensure customer satisfaction through caring for all customer needs with great customer service ability, delivering great CLS products to customer locations and being a reliable route-delivery driver who will be the face of CLS!

Working Conditions:

Equipment Used:

• Step van or box truck
• Industrial laundry carts/bins
• Calculator
• Invoices
• Order forms
• Price book

Essential Tasks:

• Build relationship with all customers
• Deliver and retrieve product from customer locations.
• Collect money from COD accounts.
• Assist with past due collections
• Balance settlements and turn in daily.
• Order product as requested by customers.
• Sell within accounts and to new accounts.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain route book.
• Maintain inventory at predetermined levels.
• Obtain Contract Renewals from route customers
• Obtain Customer Satisfaction Monitors (CSM’s) from route customers
• Ensure truck is cleaned out after the completion of each route.
• Perform all Federal Motor Carrier inspections and records
• Ensure route truck is properly secured each night.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Experience/ Skills Required:

• Previous route delivery experience.
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Valid Chauffeur License.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to drive a delivery/box truck.
• Accurate counts of product and cash.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• College courses preferred.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Driving on and off for up to 12 hours per day.
• Climbing truck stairs while on route.
• Ability to push/pull industrial laundry carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
• Ability to lift 50 – 80 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift 15 – 30 lbs. repetitively.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
