Red Check Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring full time employees for our Mora Location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Retail Sales Representatives are technology consultants; they must demonstrate a strong understanding of Verizon's services and technology, evaluate consumer needs, and recommend the appropriate devices and plan packages. They are responsible for maximizing each customer interaction and selling all products/services Verizon offers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer general sales inquiries regarding Verizon services; remain knowledgeable of competitors offerings
- Assess the consumers’ needs and offer appropriate products, programming, and promotions based off of those needs
- Effectively and thoroughly educate the customer regarding their equipment, programming package, and pricing through discussion, as well as product demos
- Attracting and engaging customers to retail space
- Provide a quality customer experience regardless of the inquiry or outcome
- Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college education preferred• Six-months or more of quota-based sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently maintain an assertive, outgoing, consultative, and results oriented mentality
- Excellent communication skills including: grammar, persuasion, and the ability to speak in front of groups
- Ability to work within retail operating hours, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
