What you will do:

- Provide a 5-star customer service experience that will encourage customers to return, not only because our product, but because of our team!

- Become a Foodie Fit encyclopedia with all the product knowledge you will gain!

- Manage customer accounts to make the shopping experience a breeze.

- Assist customers via phone, email, and messaging with a 5 star etiquette.

- Point of Sale proficiency to ensure speed and accuracy of service and transactions.

- Performing opening and closing routines, as well as execution of register deposits.

- Integrity in following all safety and store policies and procedures.

- Replenish sales floor throughout shift maintaining high merchandise presentations standards and maximizing customer purchases.

- Hit sales goals and have fun in friendly store competition!

- Maintaining all the above while prioritizing customers first!

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have sales experience.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Prior experience in related food service positions preferred, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint preferred)
• Moderate reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
• Promotes positive public relations with guests
• Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment
• Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less.
• Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skillsWe are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Of House Team Member to join our team.
