Job Description:

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Take customers calls and provide satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Call clients to inform them about the company's products and services
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Help to train new employees about the company's customer management policies

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Good listening & communication skills, professionalism, and the desire to close sales deal with people & offer products that suit their needs.

Ability to address & overcome a prospect’s concerns.

At least one year of customer service experience
