Our growing insurance agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping clients find the right insurance coverage for their personal needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Assessing client needs and recommending insurance coverage options
• Quoting and selling personal lines insurance policies such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverage
• Reviewing and renewing policies on a regular basis
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our agency management system
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall agency performance

Requirements:

• Active California Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create prospects independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Commission Only:

• 60% commission on first year business that you produce(find) on your own.
• 40% commission on first year business when the prospect is created by the office.
• Renewal commission 25% with ability to go higher based on previous year production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
