We are looking for a Manager In Training to join our team and learn the skills necessary to become a successful manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Manager In Training will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of the company, from customer service to inventory management, and will receive hands-on training in all aspects of management.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Learn and understand the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Understand the company's policies and procedures.
• Develop a working knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,777.00 - $54,122.00 per year
