Would you like to work for a rapidly growing Molecular Diagnostics company positioned to become the Market Leader? Innovative Gx Laboratories, a Texas-based genetics and molecular diagnostics company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to add to our US-based team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has experience in a B2B marketing environment. This is a great opportunity for the right person to help build a brand while accelerating their career.

Responsibilities and skillset requirements include:

• Work to help build our brand in the US
• Provide day-to-day marketing, business development, and administrative support for the Director of Marketing and Director of Sales
• Organization of marketing activity and strategy in coordination with Senior Management
• Coordination of material from international sales and product teams for integration into website
• Organization and distribution of branding and promotional items
• Creating written communications (i.e. presentations, press releases, social media and other marketing materials)
• Creation and organization of event and digital marketing materials (i.e. invitations, signage, etc.)
• Support lead generation activities with sales and channel partners
• Identification, development, and planning of marketing and branding objectives
• Helping to coordinate with social media for campaigns (i.e. establishing targets, timeline and execution)

Candidate must be able to manage and prioritize project schedules and deadlines.

Must be self-motived, able to work and collaborate in a team environment

Establish and maintain cooperative, constructive interpersonal relationships with the company staff at all levels

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience with a preference for the medical industry
• Individual must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization, and lead marketing initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Asana or other project management tool, Google Analytics, Wordpress, CRM
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Business to Business marketing experience
• Engage clients and prospective clients on social media
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
