Full description of the position

Responsibilities: * Respond to all internet leads via email phone and text in a timely manner.

• * Communicate and interact with potential customers via phone, text, email or in person in a professional and friendly manner.

* Schedule sales appointments .

* Confirm Sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments.

* Make outbound calls to our current customer base to promote lease renewals as well as trading" up" using our equity mining tools.

* Greeting all appointments and introducing them to a product specialist to ensure a smooth handoff.

Job Requirements* Must be internet savvy.

* must have excellent customer service skills and phone manner.

* must have good organizational skills.

* needs to be able to think on their feet and overcome objections.

* Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

* Automotive experience preferred but NOT A must.
