Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and/or services by phone, door to door. This is a crucial role that requires an individual who can effectively engage customers in a friendly, conversational manner in order to successfully move them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in helping customers solve their problems, and will maintain contact with them until their needs are met and they are satisfied with the company's services.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Understand the company mission, vision, and values.
• Communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns.
• Review your clients need for a roof inspection or a new roof.
• Educate your current client base on the tax and insurance benefits of replacing their roof.
• Prospect and market for new roofing clients via cold calls and Door to Door canvassing.

Some of our strongest performers are former Automotive, Home Alarm, Lawn Care, Cable, and Pest control door to door salesmen. Previous experience in roofing, customer service or other door to door sales is not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
