Join our Truck Supply Team in Wilson

Our Parts Counter Sales Representative will perform a variety of customer service, in store marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of Heavy Duty Truck Supply in Wilson, NC.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Treat customers and team members with respect
• Sell products to repair the problem and meet customer’s needs
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
• Assist in keeping store clean and orderly
• Maintain sales floor and displays to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Helps control inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
• Record all sales/transactions in proper system
• Verify receiving documents
• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all phases of the parts department
• Prefer three years of parts department experience
• Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team goals
• Motivated to train and learn
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
