Home Remodeling Sales Manager

First State Building & Design (FSBD), a premier home renovation company located in Chadds Ford, PA, is looking for an experienced and self-motivated sales manager with a proven track record of success to oversee our growing sales division.

The ideal candidate has solid sales experience (with results to back it up), excellent customer relationship skills, and a positive goal-oriented approach to growing sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong organizational and training skills
• 10 yrs. sales experience, 3 - 5 yrs. sales management experience
• Strong organizational and training skills
• Self-starter with management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• Construction sales background or experience is a plus

Compensation

• Pay structure is commensurate with experience
• Commission-based structure with an initial base to start
• Six-figure salary potential

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage sales team of two individuals
• Oversee daily operations of sales department
• Hiring and training sales staff
• Actively direct and coordinate all sales activities both locally and regionally
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Working with the business owner, set sales quotas, goals and refine sales process
• Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team
• Guide and mentor sales representatives
• Follow-up on all lead proposals to close deals and meet sales goals

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
