Full description of the position

Residential in-home Comfort Solutions Adviser should be knowledgeable of HVAC Industry. Motivated and able to close sales.

Job Details:
  • Training and Leads provided.
  • Salary paid while training for the right person.
  • After training, you will receive commission at the rate of 8% of sale, plus additional 1% for self generated leads, and an additional 1% for any month that goes over $80,000 in sales.
  • Uniforms and vehicle provided.
  • Full Benefits and retirement matching.

Requirements:
  • Must be computer literate and able to use Laptop, iPad and or Android tablet.
  • Must have current Washington State drivers lisc. and a good driving record.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre employment drug screen (cannabinoids ok)
