Seeking a full-time Parts and Accessories Sales Advisor to Santa Barbara Motorsports. This role will greet and work closely with customers as well as with the services department to locate in-house parts, advise customers on their purchases, and special order parts as necessary. All full-time positions come with full benefits.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be motorcycle enthusiasts who possess basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles and ATVs. You must also be familiar with the KTM, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Suzuki brands in addition to well-known, popular aftermarket motorcycle accessory brands.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must be very detail-oriented have a strong desire to maintain organization

• Helps the customer purchase a product that meets or exceeds their needs

• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers.

• Supports the Service Department by placing orders and tying parts to repair orders

• Assist in keeping parts department clean, orderly, and organized

• Update and organize supplier catalogs.

• Maintains the retail sale floor and displays

• Helps control inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction

• Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain and enhance the retail sales area.

• When working the parts counter, follows prescribed payment processing procedures.

• Attends training as prescribed to maintain product knowledge proficiency.

• Follow up on shortages by reporting to their manager.

• Follows dealership return policy.

• Performs inventory counts and reconciles them to the dealer management system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
