Our Bellevue office is looking for professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Agent's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Requirements

• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
