Staffing Sales Manager

Confidential Company is a leader in the industrial staffing industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

Develop and implement an effective strategy to increase sales, and profit and maximize efficiency by the evaluation of the current client base, developing new accounts; increasing revenue of existing accounts through the branch sales and recruiting team members, and sales/marketing efforts. Maintain communication with current clients to ensure associate and client satisfaction and successful business development through exemplary customer service. Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified flexible/full-time employees in order to meet current and anticipated needs. Communicate and coordinate with internal staff to support effective compliance of branch operation’s established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal laws and guidelines (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, Legal, WOTC, etc.)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
·Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
·Ensure that all new employees are provided with the highest level of customer service.
·Ensure that all new employees are trained on company policies and procedures, as well as on new safety procedures and quality policies.
· Ensure that all schedules for workdays/times/locations are accurate at all times. Ensure that weekly schedules for office workers are accurate at all times.
·Oversee the day-to-day operations of branch
·Report any issues or concerns to Management.
·Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, etc.
·Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
