Job description

Greenwich Ford is looking for motivated, self-starters with positive spirits to join our team. With this position, you must be comfortable with talking on the phone, internet, and in person. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound communication and effectively set up appointments with prospective customers
  • Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system
  • Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is Required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to reliably commute to our dealership location
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed
