Location & Hours
This position is in-house at the Lehi, Utah headquarters. No remote option.
We offer a unique and attractive employee benefit of a compressed workweek schedule, allowing employees to work 4.5 days while receiving full pay. This schedule provides an extended weekend for a better work-life balance and increased productivity.
M-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Ideal Candidate
The position is well-suited for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who is committed to supporting individuals in establishing and growing a successful commercial property management business within the Property Management Inc. franchise system. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for helping others succeed and should be well-versed in the core principles of commercial property management and the intricacies of expanding a commercial management enterprise.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification preferred.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial properties or owning/operating a commercial property management business
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees, clients, and stakeholders
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships, providing guidance and support, and resolving issues using a win-win scenario
- Ability to form and secure national partner relationships to drive referral business to franchise owners
- Working knowledge of core business systems used to efficiently manage commercial properties
- Deep understanding of and ability to procure industry vendors who can enhance our commercial management portfolio
- Effective at training small and large groups of new and experienced business owners
- Strategic thinking to refine and further develop the PMI commercial management model
- Highly proficient at motivating and coaching small business owners in the activities that will help them grow their business
- Dynamic presenter in person and on webinars
- Confident in ability to assist the sales team with converting existing commercial management companies to the PMI brand
- Experience with department budgets, performance benchmarks, revenue growth and profitability
- Proficient with various commercial management software systems
- Occasional travel required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
