Sales Associate - New Residential Homes

Locally owned, reputable builder is hiring a Sales Associate to join their professional team. SA will lead the client contact process, maintain knowledge of the market, show homes, and consistently drive new sales from all available sources. You will be relied upon to meet the profitability achievements of the company’s sales goals.

Essential Functions of Sales Associate

• Promptly respond to all leads and maintain referral relationships
• Learn about the needs of customers, stay familiar with construction techniques, and answer questions about construction methods
• Schedule and conduct home tours of existing or completed homes with prospective customers and realtors and schedule times for showing them to prospective home buyers
• Staff the model or finished inventory homes and keep them presentable
• Assist the customer in the home-buying decisions and secure a construction contract and available options addendum
• Communicate with team regarding all sales leads via a customer relations management software program
• Conduct occasional marketing visits to other builders active in the target market areas
• Use Power Point and Publications to create sales presentations and seminars
• Assist with the company’s involvement in all special events, home shows and parades
• Oversee furnishing and decorating of model homes within the budget
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales traffic reports and analysis
• Recommend ideas for the innovation, implementation, and improvement of marketing and sales operations
• Obtain quarterly sales goals on a regular basis

Pay: $42,000.00 - $42,100.00 per year
