• Introducing customers to Mazda of Wooster’s negotiation free process and value statements.
• Facilitates a friendly and professional conversation at the customer’s pace, discovering the customer preference, needs and buying motives while ensuring comfort and reassurance throughout the buying process.
• Matching the customer's needs with model and equipment while presenting the vehicle in the customer’s best interest.
• Offering and accompanying customers on test drives while providing details on vehicle specifications.
• Provide customer possible trade evaluations on vehicles qualified for trade-in. Satisfying customer concerns when presenting financial propositions.
• Conduct Mazda of Wooster delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner.
• Develop customer loyalty by following up post delivery in a timely fashion, as well as presenting Mazda of Wooster customers with outstanding professionalism.
• Coordinates with service and parts to ensure customers requests are met when dealing with their vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
