The Hagadone Media Group is looking for a dynamic account manager to join our Moses Lake team.

As our Digital Account Manager, you will act as the day-to-day client contact and oversee deliverables through the agency process, ensuring the client's scope of work and needs are comprehensively met.

We value regular contact with clients to ensure we maintain a high level of service and always strive to grow customer trust. As you discover effective and long-term client solutions, you will be a critical problem solver and solutions provider.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market and client research and prospecting
• Manage your sales funnel and sales conversion process
• Manage the client onboarding process
• Ensure all scope of work deliverables are being met by clients and internal/external resources on time and within budget
• Attain client approval on deliverables in time to meet production requirements
• Maintain positive client relationships to grow trust
• Ensure reporting is reaching clients on time and facilitate report reviews with client and subject matter experts as needed
• Work with other local account executives to present growth opportunities for current accounts

Experience & Skills:

• Working Knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies
• SEO & PPC
• Paid Advertising
• Social Media Strategy
• Paid Social Advertising
• Knowledge of Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail)
• Ability to work with a diverse group of small and medium-sized local business clients
• Comfortable with in-person and by phone communications with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
