Total Compensation Package:

• New hires earn up to $27.50 to $41 total per hour with commission included! Top performers earn more than $50 per hour!
• Potential annual salary of $57,000 to $85,000 as a new hire
• Uncapped Commission-- the more you sell, the more you earn!

• Great hours (shifts are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., no swing shift or graveyard) with Sundays off!

Position Description:

Greet our customers with a smile and help guide them through their floor covering purchase. The overall goal is to drive sales through Superior Customer Service.

• Greet our customers professionally and courteously
• Assist our customers with Flooring selections
• Schedule customer appointments to obtain In-Home measurements
• Process customer payments

Position Requirements:

• Professional, courteous, and strong customer service skills
• Motivation with a strong drive and desire to succeed
• Intermediate knowledge of computers
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
• Retail experience preferred
