Based on our continued growth and success, we are seeking candidates for the role of Regional Property Manager for the North Carolina and South Carolina area. This individual will report to the Managing Director in our Nashville office and will work collaboratively with the Property Management Team in the Carolina regions. As this is a new position for Commonwealth Commercial Properties, LLC, a more comprehensive job description will be further defined as roles and responsibilities develop.
The position will be based in the Charlotte property management office.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Property Management Portfolio: Retain and expand the property management portfolios in the North and South Carolina area.
Expansion Program: Collaboratively develop strategic plans for growth expansion in the markets we serve and wish to serve. Define and execute implementation processes to attain established objectives within the strategic plans.
Communication: Champion a clear channel of communication, coordination and consistency amongst City Managers within the Region and functional counterparts in other regions regarding property management.
Local Markets: Establish and maintain strong knowledge, awareness and understanding of local market dynamics within the region. Monitor and analyze competitive business practices including operations, business development, marketing, compensation structure and provide recommendation for improvement and changes as appropriate.
Personnel: Establish quantitative and qualitative measures of performance; develop programs and provide direction to enhance individual performance to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Other duties as developed and assigned.
Travel required in accordance with business needs within the Carolina region.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven ability to think, communicate and implement strategically.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· State real estate license preferred.
· CPM, CFM or RPA designation a plus.
· Minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate and management experience with demonstrated track record of success required.
· Demonstrate ability in leading, motivating and inspiring diverse work teams.
· Extensive experience in a client-centric environment with working knowledge of development, property management, contract negotiations, leases, budgets and risk management.
· Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills essential.
· Experience with Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or work order systems a bonus.

The compensation plan for this role will be commensurate with the experience and skills required.
