Now Hiring - Retail Sales Assistant Sales Account Executive in New York, NY

The Assistant Sales Account Manager will assist the account manager with multiple accounts while managing all sample requests and executing sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of order management and the operations of the sales accounts assigned
• Assist in all aspects of the sales process including showroom management, market preparation and administrative support
• Communicate daily with customers regarding current orders, shipping, current sales, changes in delivery schedules, future orders, etc
• Liase with Pricing and Planning department to ensure timely delivery of product
• Communicate with Distribution, Inventory and Returns department
• Review and analyze selling reports
• Special projects as needed

Key Requirements

• College Degree in fashion or related field
• Intermediate Excel skills; Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle workload effectively to meet deadlines
• Good organization skills with attention to detail
• Some sales management experience preferred
• Jewelry / Accessory experience a plus

• NOTE: Salary offered will be based on experience.
