We are seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, energetic individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad range of experience in the sales of new, used, and remanufactured heavy-duty truck parts, in all major brands such as Freightliner, International, Peterbilt,
Kenworth, etc. The candidate must also be able to excel in stressful situations and work well in a team environment. High volumes of walk-in sales and phone sales make time management and efficiency a must. Daily, you will assist our customers in the purchasing of all products we sell, including locating and showing parts in our yard.

Reports To: Sales Manager

Minimum Level of Education: High School Diploma / GED

Job Responsibilities:

• Selling commercial truck parts and vehicles at the counter and over the phone to meet monthly sales goals
• Generate new sales leads and follow up with customers (includes cold and warm calling)
• Resolving customer issues requiring excellent customer service skills
• Utilizing multiple marketing avenues to promote products
• Managing quotes, invoices, shipping documents and all other paperwork in an orderly fashion
• Utilizing Asana internal tasks and lead management (notes, appointments, follow- ups, etc.)
• Utilizing all aspects of our industry specific inventory management system to track sales, purchases and inventory on hand
• Assisting warehouse employees and shipping / receiving when needed

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience in vehicle mechanics required, concentration in commercial trucks is a plus
• 3 years experience in a sales position required
• Computer proficiency / Fluent in Office Suite
• Team oriented, flexible to changes and able to adapt to situations quickly, focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) preferred, Asana is a plus
• Able to obtain a forklift certification
• Punctuality and dedication
