Commercial Lines Insurance Support Coordinator

Atlas Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Support Coordinator to join their Condo team and be responsible for a book of business. Primary Functions:

Provide Commercial Lines support in servicing accounts.

Major Responsibilities:

• Rate and quote on line with carrier programs
• Prepare Auto ID Cards
• Run MVR request
• Prepare Renewal Certificates and Interim Certificates of Insurance
• Assist with Policy checking and issue carrier endorsement request for policy corrections
• Prepare endorsement request as assigned
• Review company-produced endorsements for accuracy
• Follow up on open items/diaries and various task assigned
• Produce Summaries of Insurance
• Use of our Agency Management System for any assigned task and client updates including but not limited to applications
• Adhere to and comply with established agency procedures
• Adhere to standards of performance for service
• Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.
• Various projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years prior business/office type work experience, but not necessarily insuranceGood computer skills, familiarity with MS Office Suite

Willing and able to obtain 4-40 license within 6 months of hire (agency paid)

• Must have strong communication, organization and time management skills and be self-motivated.
• Most Important: Great attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
