Macdonald Motors is a family owned dealership that is growing and looking for an Automotive Sales and Finance Manager. The ideal candidates would have experience in both areas. Responsibilities

• Understanding of goals and objectives for the department and striving to meet them
• Maintaining reporting systems
• Relay information about vehicles as well as details concerning loans to clients
• Understand and ensure compliance with policy procedures
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Manage a team of Sales Associates

Qualifications

• Ability to ‘close’
• Experience with Automotive Finance and Sales
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude with the ability to meet and exceed goals
• General mathematic skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lead a team towards accomplishing goals!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
