Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Report To: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Job Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing new sales plans. They will serve as a support role to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and oversee the daily operations of the sales and marketing team.

Job Responsibilities including but are not limited to:

• Support selling products to businesses or individuals, including negotiations with customers to reach agreements on price and other details

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Promote brand awareness and attract new customers on a domestic and international basis

• Monitor key metrics and preparing reports to help to ensure company success

• Working with VP of Sales and Marketing and Finance department to establish pricing strategies based on current or projected market trends

• Assist in management of department budget

• Supervise and coach the Sales and Marketing team

• Work with upper management to create planning strategies

• Overnight travel may be required

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in a related area
• 1-3 years supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
